Your initial session will include a detailed assessment of your condition, medical history, and lifestyle. Your physiotherapist will carry out physical tests, explain your diagnosis, and begin treatment. You’ll also receive a personalised plan to support your recovery.

While we don’t have our own dedicated parking, Boldmere Village offers plenty of convenient options. There’s free on-street parking along the high street, as well as parking available on nearby side streets and in off-street bays. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to find a spot during busy times.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For physiotherapy, you may be asked to expose the area being treated (e.g., shorts for leg issues, vest for shoulder/back). For sports massage, you'll be appropriately covered with towels at all times.

We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to help reschedule your appointment where possible. However, as a small clinic with limited availability, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
Unfortunately, any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged the full session fee, and no refund will be issued. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer appointments to other clients in need. -
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a friend, family member, or chaperone—especially for your first visit or if you’re under 18.

Some hands-on techniques or deep tissue massage may cause mild discomfort, especially if you have tight or sensitive areas. We always work within your comfort level and encourage open communication during treatment.

We take payment at the time of booking through our secure online system. In some cases, if you book directly with us, a payment link will be sent and must be completed before your appointment is confirmed.
