We provide physiotherapy, sports massage, and rehabilitation services. All treatment is carried out by qualified and insured practitioners who are registered with the appropriate professional bodies (HCPC).

2. Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • For online bookings, payment is taken at the time of booking or a secure payment link will be sent. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments.

3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee and are non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged in full.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept payment online via secure third-party providers or via direct payment links.

  • All deposits must be paid in full prior to the appointment unless agreed otherwise.

  • Prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change.

5. Health and Medical Information

  • You must disclose all relevant medical conditions before or during treatment.

  • We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not deemed medically appropriate.

  • Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice from your GP or consultant.
